How long does project/task completion take?
Completion depends on type of task or project, but can be expected within 2-3 business days. Rush delivery can be requested.

What tools and software do you use?
We’re proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and am very efficient in different CRM and software development. We are also open and willing to learn others.

Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3-month minimum commitment; 6-month or more commitments will receive a discount.

Do you work on holidays?
Simplified Desk observes all major U.S. public holidays and typically do not work on those dates. If you have an urgent need that falls on or near a holiday, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Any approved holiday work may incur a rush or holiday rate.
